Once registered you can link all your accounts that you currently hold with the City of Brooks. Please have a copy of your latest invoice available to register your account.

IMPORTANT!

  • By signing up for the e-billing service the customer agrees to receive an electronic invoice in place of a paper invoice; however all correspondence and collection of outstanding amounts will continue to be paper based.
  • All invoices sent shall be due and payable on the “due date” of each invoice. The customer remains fully responsible for ensuring the receipt and acknowledgement of all utility invoices.
  • By signing up for utility e-billing you are assuming full responsibility for the receipt of your utility invoices. If the utility invoice is not received by the 15th of your billing month you are responsible for notifying the City of Brooks to obtain a copy as well as update your information.
